Our team comprises of a diverse range of technical expertise, covering all areas of the business with experience in numerous fields within the agriculture and waste management industries.

Tractec team members include:

Tony Slatter - Tractec Team Leader. Tony has been with the company for 3 1/2 years, having previously worked in technical sales for HES. With over 10 years experience working in the mechanical and electrical trades for the government, charitable and private companies as well as being self-employed; Tony really knows his stuff, specialising in Comer parts, and is helping to lead the Tractec Team to new heights within the industry.

Chris Jaggard - Waste and Skips Specialist. Chris has spent over 30 years working in engineering design within the waste and recycling industry as well as jig and tool design in the agricultural sector, site supervision in structural installation and site management for national waste handling equipment manufacturing. He has been with Tractec for over 8 years. With this much experience, Chris is an expert in his field, especially skip and hook loader parts, and a real asset to the Tractec Team.

Stephen Laskey - Technical Sales. Steve has previously worked in purchasing for major multinational businesses so his ability to source often difficult to find parts is impressive. He has been with Tractec for 7 years, his product and parts knowledge is wide ranging, he really knows his Carraro axle parts, and he has been known to correctly identify parts from sometimes questionable photos; even identifying and resolving machine issues over the phone without seeing the equipment!

Andrew Millard - Technical Sales. Andrew spent 23 years working at both Mico (now a Wabco company) and Off-Highway Brakes and Controls before joining Tractec and holds qualifications in both Agricultural Engineering and Horticultural Engineering. Andrew is often heard on the phone going above and beyond to ensure a successful outcome for Tractec customers, especially those requiring Dana parts urgently.

Martin Jones - Matbro and Skips Parts Specialist. Martin has been with the company for 20 years, becoming a specialist in various product areas such as hydraulic valves and hydraulic pumps as well as a specialist in parts for Matbro, Carraro and Dana. He is also an expert in skip parts. With this many strings to his bow, Martin brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.
